It was such an amazing experience
I cannot thank Lucy enough for my amazing photoshoot/Makeover. It was such an amazing experience. It really gave me the confidence/mood boost I needed since having my baby girl. You made me feel so comfortable and I laughed non stop, was just like spending the morning with a friend. Thank you again. Also to Natalie for my makeup and hair, I was sad to take my victory rolls out that evening. x

Where to start... From the first phone call to receiving our pictures today, Mackney have kept us updated all the way through. On the day of our photoshoot we were welcomed with smiles and a warm atmosphere.
We met Beth who took us through to the studio and explained that she had a few things in mind after we told her the outfits we had bought with us for our son (the shoot was mainly for him)
Beth had an assistant called Georgia and they both worked so well together and did so well with our 7 month old! They were so understanding when we had to give him a feed and said that there was no rush which was wonderful and as a new mum I felt so relaxed knowing that I was able to change and feed him in the studio. Moving on from the shoot we arranged for the next appointment which was for the picture review. We met Wendy on our way into the building and again the same atmosphere as our first visit.
Wendy took us through to the viewing room and was so transparent with everything that when we explained what we wanted she knew exactly what package was right for us. During the viewing I felt like I was just visiting friends it was so lovely and calm.
I highly recommend going here if you want a shoot doing for family (or even pets). Brilliant work, outstanding staff and wonderful pictures. Thank you xxx
